48-Hour Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price will apply. This covers the time, preparation, and scheduling that has already been committed to your booking.

Rescheduling

If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, the cancellation fee will be waived if you reschedule your appointment to a new date. We're happy to work with you to find a time that suits.

No-Shows

If you fail to be available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price will apply.
